No, do not pay for membership for any on-line job opportunity. A legitimate job offer will never ask you to pay them, it works the other way around. I don't know where to tell you where to look for a legitimate on-line employment opportunities, as far as I can tell they are mostly all scams but I can highly reccommend that before you pay anyone anything that you check them out on "ripoffreport.com", a website that has helped me learn from other peoples mistakes.
