This is a SCAM.

Check out the below link for confirmation of various scams, including the famous Yahoo/MSN lottery scams and how to report them.

Unscrupulous thieves have sent you this email and they are trying to part you from your hard earned cash. They will often ask you to call a premium rate number and keep you holding on whilst you rack up a huge phone bill. They are then paid a large proportion of this phone bill. They may ask you to divulge personal information about yourself or ask for your bank or credit card details. Do not divulge any such information under any circumstances. It is surprising how many innocent victims have been duped by these types of emails. Just remember the thieves who send them are very clever and extremely convincing. I suggest you delete the email and send it into cyberspace, hopefully along with the thieving scumbags who send them.

Reply:You've never heard of the U.K. lottery draw because there isn't any such thing. You haven't won any money, just more spam, because you opened and read this one.
Reply:i have gotten the same e-mail in my spam folder. Don't belive it
Reply:If you didn't enter, it's a scam! If you did, check your numbers! There is no database for people who buy tickets at the supermarket. They can only tell you if you pay by direct debit.
Reply:Too Good to be True. Stay away from it.
Reply:Yes, any emails you get like that saying you have won money, have been left money in a will, or the widow of some foreign president wants you to help them get money into the country or something are all fake scams.

I get so many of those it's laughable.

While I know I shouldn't answer them, sometimes I can't resist responding and saying that while I can't help them I have forwarded their message to the FBI where I am sure someone will be glad to help them.
Reply:Scam. Don't phone the number, because if you do it could be one that costs you stupid amounts of money per minute.

If you had won that amount of money, they would NOT email you about it. Seriously. It is a scam or just spam.

It's too good to be true, don't believe it.
Reply:Scam scam scam........I don't think there is a country in this world I have not won this lottery from lol
