Email scam or not?

company emails me says I have money coming, $120,000.00.

Email scam or not?
It's hard to tell I've gotten 2 e-mails also from a person saying their sick and can't talk on the phone they have esophagus cancer. and they have a bank account with a little over 8 million$ in it and wants my help to distribute it to charities and 30% for my time and effort........ So I'm thinking it's a scam, but it's hard to tell I would love to help the person if I knew they were real or not!
Reply:Scam. You should be EXTREMELY worried that they have your phone number, not just your e-mail address.

Call the police and tell them what is going on. Since they are the ones calling you, the police might be able to set up a sting - which would do us ALL a favor.

[ADDED] And honestly, why in the world would you have to ask if this is a scam?!
Reply:You don't get something for nothing! SCAM!
Reply:Yes. change your number. Get out of it asap!!!!
Reply:scam
Reply:Did you earn the money? Are you expecting it? My girl has been scammed like that. She gets emails like that. Deletes them. Depends if you know this person if not don't trust them. Nobody is gonna pick you thru a email lottery to give you free money. If its too good to be true then it is.
