Is this email scam or not scam?
Definitely spam! That is quite clearly a made up Yahoo username. If you have a look at any email you have received from Yahoo, you will notice the difference in the email address. This email address is .'......@yahoo.co.uk', take a look at this example of an email I received from Yahoo Answers, this is the email ad it came from: answers-alert@cc.yahoo-inc.com. Notice the difference?..... Don't take note of the email....it is spam, scam and whatever else! Be well ;)
Reply:Of course it is!

Lotteries to which you have not entered are part of a larger commercial scam: getting you involved in a larger one.

Should you follow through, you may win a few quids, but these will drag you to BUY other things and so on. In the end, you will find yourself out of a lot of cash.

Remember, there is nothing like a free meal!

(You can also report this message to the association of consumers or even to authorities [FBI, scotland yard etc]).

Best of luck.
