Another email scam - Australian Lottery?

Has anyone else received it? Supposedly guaranteed lottery win, even though you haven't entered. Poor grammar and spelling, told to keep it confidential, wanting all your contact information...... sound familiar?

Another email scam - Australian Lottery?

Reply:If you didnt actually purchase a ticket, its a massive scam.

Reply:i've started keeping count, so to date i've won just over 87,000,000. i'm saving it up to pay off the national debt.
Reply:haha dont fill it out

they will hack into your bank account

and steal all your money
Reply:just another scam
Reply:There's some going on through postal mail now too. I know of one that claims you have been chosen to receive a $42,000 International Home Improvement grant. They send you a check for almost $5,000 asking you to deposit it and send them back $3999 of it. The checks are obviously no good, but they gain almost four grand and you're stuck having to make the check good.

Sad part is I'm sure there are plenty of people out there who actually do fall for them.
Reply:It's a scam. Thousands of these emails are sent to random people every day. It's just a scam to steal your money, and possibly steal your identity. Do not send any money, do not send any bank details, do not send any personal information, and do not reply to them. Mark as spam.
